Charlie was Megan's Grandpa and even though he is no longer with us, his belief that this business could exist is the reason why we opened. So, we named our store after him to honor his passion, support, and love.

Megan got her start working at various boutiques before she deferred her degree to pursue fashion full time. Working her way up through a handful of retail jobs she eventually served as the Director of Sales & Merchandising at Chicago’s Henry & Belle premium denim, growing the brand into an over $10 million dollar business. During her tenure with Henry & Belle she spent many hours on the road, traveling the country and hosting in-store charity fit events. Through helping countless customers discover the joyful transformation of finding the proper size, she was brought right back to memories of her grandfather. Morrison realized her true passion lay with helping women feel their best, it was time to bring Charlie’s vision for her to life.
